💭 Thoughts I'll Leave You With

The 5 most important lessons I've learned in the newsletter journey are:

• Don't focus on writing & neglect distribution. Try to spend equal amounts of time writing and getting the word out. If you're writing something useful for others, make sure they hear about it!
• Learn from others, then find a way to give back. Learn from the resources that others have written and get involved in a community of writers to exchange tips. Use your platform to lift others up.
• Stay true to yourself along the way. There's a lot of advice floating around on the Internet (even in the Newsletter OS). You don't have to follow it all. Be your authentic self and let your voice shine through your writing.
• Growth comes slow, then fast. You might have days where you feel you are not making any progress, but remember that growth is never linear. Keep at it.
• There is a compounding power of consistency.
